The firm recently filed a motion to vacate a default judgment that was entered against our client prior to our notice of the lawsuit. We timely filed a motion to vacate that judgment. After oral arguments, the Judge granted the motion and set aside the default judgment, over opposition from the plaintiff’s attorney.
