The firm recently filed a motion for summary judgment, on behalf of an insurance carrier client, in a Missouri state court. The motion argued that there was no underinsured motorists (UIM) coverage, in light of the fact that the tortfeasor’s liability limits were equal to the relevant policy’s UIM limits. Opposing counsel agreed, and voluntarily dismissed the matter against the firm’s client.
