Biography
Heather obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice, with a minor in business administration, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2009. Heather assists the firm with a variety of administrative responsibilities, but most importantly, she assists with all financial aspects of the firm, including maintaining efficient billing practices.
Heather brings with her well-rounded experience and extensive knowledge of the legal system. She previously worked as a medical malpractice paralegal with a large firm in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Most recently, Heather worked for the Clinton County Circuit Clerk’s Office as a deputy clerk and bookkeeper. In this role, she managed the large dockets for both felonies and miscellaneous remedies. She also served as the office bookkeeper which involved managing and maintaining all of the finances for the Clerk’s Office.
Heather is a native of Clinton County, Illinois-born and raised in Breese, Illinois. Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family — Tyler, her husband, and two children, Aubrey and Austin.
