James Craney was an author on the IDC quarterly monograph, in the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel journal. The article, entitled “The Supreme Court Takes on Personal Jurisdiction: What the Court’s Recent Opinions Tell Us About the Future of Personal Jurisdiction,” is a comprehensive look at specific and general personal jurisdiction over civil defendants in Illinois, in light of recent changes in federal law.
